  • Orders ship within 1–2 business days via USPS or FedEx.

  • Standard delivery within the U.S. takes 3–5 business days.


Order Processing

Order Cut-off Time
  • 2:00 PM EST (GMT-05:00)

  • Orders placed before the cut-off time begin processing the same day

  • Orders placed after the cut-off begin processing the next business day

Handling Time
  • Once your order is confirmed, our team prepares your tools for shipment.

  • This typically takes 1–2 business days.

  • Orders are fulfilled Monday through Saturday.

Transit Time
  • After packaging and handoff to the carrier, standard shipping delivery usually takes 2–3 business days.

  • Shipments leave our facility Monday through Saturday.

Delays
  • Weather, carrier issues, or seasonal volume may affect delivery.

Lost or Damaged Items

  • Must be reported within 48 hours of the delivery scan.

  • Photos of the damage are required.
