12 Months Warranty

All pre-owned items purchased from Expreshome come with a 1-year (12 months) warranty from the date of purchase.

Warranty Terms

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that affect the functionality or integrity of the tools and equipment. Warranty coverage begins on the date of delivery as confirmed by our shipping partners. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. Normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper handling, or modifications to the item are not covered under warranty.

Replacement Process

If the consumer is entitled to a replacement product, Expreshome must provide a product that is identical, or of similar value. If this is not available, the store can choose to give a refund or repair the product within a reasonable time. Refund and repair rights apply to the replacement product in the same way as the original product.

Defects in Materials and Workmanship

The warranty covers “defects in materials and workmanship that affect the functionality or integrity of the collectible item,” which includes:

Covered Defects:

  • Manufacturing flaws that compromise structural integrity
  • Broken or damaged components present at time of delivery
  • Incomplete or missing original parts
  • Color fading or discoloration beyond normal aging
  • Deterioration of materials faster than reasonably expected
  • Packaging damage that affects the collectible’s value
  • Authentication or certification errors

Not Covered:

  • Normal wear and tear from display or handling
  • Damage caused by improper storage or display conditions
  • Environmental damage (sunlight exposure, humidity, etc.)
  • Damage from accidents, drops, or impacts after delivery
  • Modifications or alterations made by the customer
  • Cosmetic imperfections that don’t affect functionality
  • Age-appropriate patina or expected aging of materials
Standard Coverage

All collectibles purchased from Expreshome come with our standard 12-month warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship as described in our warranty terms.

Product-Specific Warranties
  • Manufacturer Warranties: Select premium items may include the original manufacturer’s warranty in addition to our standard coverage. When applicable, these details will be clearly listed in the product description.
  • Extended Protection Plans: For certain high-value collectibles, optional extended protection plans may be available for purchase. These plans will be presented as options during checkout when applicable.
Replacement Process Timeline

If a product is determined to be defective under warranty:

  • We will first attempt to replace your item with an identical product within 14 business days of warranty claim approval.
  • If an identical replacement is unavailable, we will offer you one of the following options within 3 business days:
    • A similar product of equal or greater value (with your approval)
    • A complete refund to your original payment method
    • Repair service when applicable (with an estimated completion date provided)

For repairs, we commit to completing the process within 30 calendar days or will provide you with a replacement or full refund if repairs cannot be completed within this timeframe.
