Brand Representation
Retailers are expected to accurately represent the products and uphold the brand’s image in all sales channels.
The use of the brand’s intellectual property (logos, images, descriptions) must adhere to any guidelines provided.
Sales Channels
While we encourage retailers to develop their own sales platforms, we understand that selling through various online marketplaces can be part of a healthy business strategy.
Retailers must comply with the terms of service and policies of any sales channel they use.
Prohibited Practices
- Purchasing items for personal use under a wholesale account is strictly prohibited.
- Reselling is prohibited to other wholesalers.
Account Approval and Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to review and approve wholesale account applications to ensure alignment with our brand and business objectives.
We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, violation of these terms, or other legitimate business reasons.
